Slow charging time
Over time, your golf cart battery may take longer and longer to charge. You may notice that the battery takes a few extra hours to charge compared to normal, or even a full day before it's ready to return to the course. If your battery takes more than 8 to 10 hours to charge, the battery may be nearing the end of its life.
Poor acceleration ability
When you press the gas pedal, you want the golf cart to start moving. If your golf cart has difficulty accelerating when you press the gas pedal, this could be a sign of an aging battery. You may also notice that it's more difficult than usual to drive up and over hills with your golf cart.
Travel distance is shorter
